Returns Policy
We hope you love your new bikini. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
We offer the following two options:

Exchange for any item in our store (of equal or lesser value)
Returning Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and the hygiene liner still attached, and placed back in the original garment bag. Please handle garments with care when trying them on. We are unable to accept returns if the item shows any signs of wear, including stains, marks, or odors such as perfume. For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
If items are returned without meeting these requirements, the return will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to the customer, with any additional shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must first be received and inspected by our warehouse before a store credit or exchange can be processed. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time the return is received.
If you choose to exchange your item for one of lower value, the price difference cannot be refunded. In this case, selecting store credit is recommended.
One Return Per Order
Only one return request per order can be submitted. Please make sure all items you wish to return are included in the same request.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at cocobongoofashion@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed by us. Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If you request an exchange, customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
What happens after i submit a return?
Once your return request has been authorized, we will contact you within 1–3 business days via email and provide you with the return address and further instructions.
We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items so you can keep a record of the tracking details, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or with promotional codes may be considered final sale and may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
